On the subject of Ecobonus 2015, the Stability Law contains a series of renewals-confirmations and some innovations. The changes concern the extension of the tax benefit to:
- purchase and installation of solar shading
- purchase and installation of winter air conditioning systems equipped with heat generators powered by biomass fuels.
Deductions of 50% for building renovations and 65% for energy efficiency interventions confirmed.
Ecobonus 2015: the news
Solar shields. Expenses incurred during the year are deductible at 65% and up to a maximum value of 60 thousand euros for: purchase and installation of external blinds, blackout closures, sun protection devices in combination with windows and screens in general.
Heat generators. L'ecobonus 65% was increased to the costs for the purchase and installation of winter air conditioning systems equipped with heat generators powered by biomass fuels. The expenses must be incurred in the 12 months following the entry into force of the law up to a maximum deduction value of 30 thousand euros.
Ecobonus 2015: the confirmations
In 2015, the tax deductions of 50% for building renovations and 65% for energy efficiency interventions were renewed. The extension has also been confirmed for energy efficiency interventions concerning the common parts of condominium buildings (also 65% up to 31 December 2015).
The 65% deduction foreseen for the expenses for anti-seismic interventions and static safety measures is also confirmed for the whole of 2015.
The maximum deductible spending ceilings for energy redevelopment interventions are confirmed in:
- 153,846 euros for energy requalification;
- 92,307.69 euros for interventions on the envelope and the installation of solar panels;
- € 46,153.85 for the replacement of winter air conditioning systems.
Ecobonus 2015: mandatory documentation
The mandatory documentation for the purpose of obtaining the tax deduction must always be sent to ENEA (retailers and installers have what they need) which plays a role in collecting, monitoring and also providing technical assistance to users.
